The 2017 Cookie Program--it's almost here!

Are you anxiously awaiting the 2017 Cookie Program? So are we!
While many have started their countdown to the holidays, everyone at the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council has already started their countdown to cookies! A lot of preparation goes into the season, and we couldn't do it without our volunteers!

Trainings for Troop Cookie Managers are now underway. The 2017 Cookie Program kicks off Saturday, January 7!
GSSJC's staff members are doing their part! Above,
Rookie Cookie Kits are prepared for delivery to
troop leaders who formed new troops in the fall.
All troop cookie managers are required to have an active 2017 troop cookie manager role and membership, complete annual training, have a clear criminal background check and have no debt to the Council.
First time troop cookie managers are encouraged to attend in-person Rookie Troop Cookie Manager Training, if possible. An online option is also available. Returning troop cookie managers can opt to attend a one-hour in-person course for veteran troop cookie managers or complete the online training. Visit here for dates!
To register, you will be asked to log in using your MyGS credentials. Once logged in, you can select the classroom training date that fits your needs or select online training and click register complete your registration.
The new year will mark 100 years of Girl Scouts selling cookies! We're excited for you to be a part of history when you participate in this year's program. The 2017 Cookie Program is all about helping girls build confidence and learn skills to both be and do their best.
