Celebrate National Volunteer Month!

Thank you, Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council volunteers!

Each year, Girl Scout volunteers help girls grow, discover and connect through programs and experiences they love and will never forget. Much of what we try to teach girls revolves around topics of courage, confidence, character and friendship, which are traits our volunteers display just by signing up to help.

That's why the Girl Scouts of the USA has joined with Points of Light, the world's largest organization dedicated to volunteer service, to recognize the lifechanging contributions volunteers make year-round.

This month, thank the Girl Scout volunteer in your life by sharing your favorite moments on the GSSJC Facebook and Instagram.  Don't forget to tag us @gssjc, and use #NVW2016.
